Every wonder if your home has a purpose in the grand scheme of the universe? Even though Darwin didn’t give much credit to maternal effort -- his “survival of the fittest” neglects to notice that its the diligence of mammal mommies that allows our species to survive at all – we know that our little ones would never make it without our loving care.
Give yourself credit: birthing and caring for the young ones, organizing and cleaning your home, buying and cooking food, keeping everyone clothed, healthy and happy is not an insignificant job.
Kudos to all the unrecognized women who run the world from the background (like the code running this web page; you can’t see it, and don’t even think about it, but without it, you wouldn’t be able to read this right now).
